One team builds your site. The same team makes it rank.

Website + SEO + analytics.
One team, one invoice.

Design, code, SEO and every integration in one build: pixels, analytics, CRM, booking, payments. The people writing your code sit next to the people running your traffic, so the site is found and converting from launch day.

Core Web Vitals come from Google’s PageSpeed Insights API, the on-page checks from your served HTML. Three audits per ten minutes. If a check cannot be measured it says so instead of guessing.

The usual story

A designer builds you something beautiful. It wins compliments and ranks for nothing. Months later you hire an SEO who opens the hood and says half of it has to be rebuilt. Now you are paying twice, waiting again, and refereeing a fight between the person who built your site and the person trying to fix it.

The site was made as a portfolio piece. You needed a lead machine.

Pretty vs found

Same site. Left is what your client sees. Right is what Google sees. That gap is why you are not ranking.

The fix

What changes when one team owns both

When the people writing your code sit next to the people ranking your pages, the site gets built right the first time. Clean structure. Fast load. Schema in place. Every integration you run on, from ad pixels and GA4 to your CRM, booking and payments, connected and tested before launch. No rebuild, no blame, no lost months.

What the separate route actually costs you

Four questions. Market medians on the left, our price on the right, and the traffic you lose while the two vendors argue.

How we calculate this

The separate route uses market medians for a build of this size, a technical SEO audit with the retrofit it turns into, an analytics setup, and the hours you spend onboarding a second vendor. If you already have a site we add 30% of the build cost for tearing down and redoing what is already paid for.

Lost leads are a conservative organic forecast for your industry at month 3 to 6, multiplied by a 2.5 month delay. We deliberately use the low end of the range. Revenue is lost leads multiplied by the client value you set.

Sources: Ahrefs pricing survey of 439 SEO professionals, SE Ranking study of 260 agencies, WordStream industry benchmarks.

These are market medians, not a quote. Your actual numbers depend on scope and market. Sources linked above.

Cost of a slow site

Every second costs you conversions

Portent measured conversion rate against load time across 27 million sessions. Between the first and fifth second, each extra second drops conversion by around 4.4%. Here is what yours is costing.

$108,488 a year, at your current client value
Conversions you get now160 / mo
At a 1.5 second LCP174 / mo

Run the audit above and this fills itself with your real LCP.

Revenue assumes 35% of those extra conversions become paying clients at the client value you set in the calculator above. Conservative on purpose.

Objections

Things you are probably thinking right now

Five hundred dollars sounds too cheap. What is the catch?

The catch is scope. Five hundred dollars buys one page done properly: clean markup, one keyword cluster, schema, tracking, a form that lands in your CRM. It does not buy ten pages, a blog, or monthly SEO. The price works because design and SEO happen in one pass instead of two, and because we are not paying a second agency’s project manager.

How fast will I actually rank?

On a new domain, expect movement in 3 to 4 months and meaningful traffic in 6 to 12. Anyone promising faster is guessing. What we control is that nothing technical stands in the way on launch day, so the clock starts immediately instead of after a rebuild. Backlinko and Ahrefs both put typical time to results at 6 to 12 months.

I already have a site. Is this useless to me?

No. We audit what you have and tell you whether it is worth retrofitting or rebuilding. Sometimes the answer is a two week technical pass, and we say so even though a rebuild pays us more.

Do I own the site if I stop working with you?

Yes. Site, code, domain, analytics, CRM data. We hand over access on request and nothing in the contract holds any of it.

Why not just use Wix or one of the AI builders?

Use one if a template fits and you have somebody to do the keyword architecture, schema, and tracking. Most rescue projects we take on started with a builder, ranked for the company name only, and had no way to tell which page produced a lead.

Who writes the content?

We do, unless you want to. Every article is written against a keyword brief by a person, reviewed by whoever runs your account, and approved by you before it goes live.

Will it connect to the tools I already use?

Yes, and that is part of the build, not an extra project. Ad pixels and conversion APIs for Meta, Google and TikTok, GA4 and Search Console, your CRM whichever one you run, booking and calendar tools, payments, live chat, email and review platforms. If you use something unusual, we connect it through its API or a webhook and test it with a real submission before launch.

What happens after launch?

A 30 day technical guarantee, indexing confirmed in Search Console, and a handover walkthrough so your team can edit pages. Ongoing SEO is a separate monthly retainer and it is optional.

Can you prove your SEO actually works?

Run the audit on this page, then look at the case numbers above. On the call we open Search Console live for the accounts our clients let us show. Where we cannot show a real dashboard, we do not make the claim.

30-day technical guarantee

Your site passes our technical checklist, Core Web Vitals in the green, schema in place, indexed. If it does not, we fix it for free.
